My name is Lester Masher and I currently work as an Architect providing software and enterprise architecture consultancy services involving architecture analysis, design and modeling of software-intensive systems for enterprise application architectures as well as for embedded systems within the telecommunications, manufacturing and automation and control systems markets.
My primary area of expertise is with the successful re-alignment of enterprise architectures to support a services-oriented architecture in line with industry best practices, frameworks and prescriptive guidance. To achieve this I bring specialist knowledge and expertise in the areas of middleware integration, service orientation(SOA), business process management(BPM), event-driven architectures(EDA) and complex event processing(CEP).
